General Information

  What kind of live shows are available?

There are three kinds of live shows available: Free, Nude, Private Chat (with 2-way mode option).

Free Chats are clothes-on, interactive chats between the models and the members.

Nude Chats are premium chats featuring a live show going out to every member who accesses it.

Private Chats are intimate, one-on-one shows between you and the model. No other members can view or access a Private Chat. In 2-way mode the Member, can broadcast your own video image for the model to see, giving you both something to really interact with. You must have a webcam connected to your computer to use this feature.

When entering a Nude Chat, you'll be informed of the price and asked to click either the "Confirm" or "Cancel" button. Clicking "Confirm" will immediately begin your session.

To initiate a Private Chat, simply click the "Take Private" button.

  What are pre-recorded videos?

Every model records some of her shows so people can go back and watch them whenever they want. If you missed your favorite model's show - or just want to see it again - you can! To access any model's pre-recorded shows, just go to her Profile page and click the "View My Recorded Videos" link. Click on the Preview link to look at snapshots taken form the video or Watch to view the entire video.

Note: Watching pre-recorded videos is charged per minute (pay-per-view).

  What are model galleries?

Every model has a gallery of hot images - many taken from live shows - that members can access and enjoy.

You must be a Premium member or a Basic member with credits in your account to access any model's Show Photos (it's free to view the photos themselves). Just go to her Profile page and click the "View My Photo Gallery" link. Then just click on any thumbnail image to see it full-size!

  Is your site secure?

Yes, our site is secure. We are using the latest technology to insure that your personal information and your privacy is always maintained.

  Request for Refund on Privates

Members requesting refund on private are limited to the private being 5 minutes or less.

Valid Refund Requests:
- Model does not performer according to request.
- Model leaves chat for a extended period of time.
- Model who are rude in private and end chat prematurely.

Not Valid Requests:
- Model connection drops due to Model Internet Connection
- Rushing the model within the first minutes and demanding unreasonable requests
- Member who lose there internet connection and private is ended from there side.

Please note that all these models are from third world countries. Internet speeds and connections will vary. We will no longer refund any privates that last over 5 minutes due to abuse. Request for Private not requested on the same day will not be honored. We will not refund you if your private last 60 minutes and it disconnect on 61 minutes. We are not here to punish the model so all request will be ignored.

  Why does Cam-to-Cam not working properly?

We recommend using Google Chrome browser, which can be downloaded at https://google.com/chrome (it improves on issues that other browsers may have with the site).

First, make sure your router's firewall setting isn't too restricting, along with any other WiFi or browser security settings.

If that does not work, try clearing your browser's cache as far back as it will go. You can find instructions for each browser here.

Account/Membership Concerns

  Why isn't my account/password working?

Please try again, otherwise you may contact our online technical support.

  I'm not getting my password or other emails!

Most email providers now routinely employ anti-spam software. Unfortunately, because of the number of emails we send out, your email provider might be classifying some messages as spam. To make sure that you receive email from us, please check your spam, junk and blocked email folders to see if any messages were routed there by mistake.

  Where are the prices? How much does it cost?

Each model chooses her own price. All prices are per minute, not per show. After you choose a model to go into a nude or private you will see the per minute price. You can accept or cancel at that time.

  If I forget my password or handle, what do I do?

Click on the forgot password link under the login form. Please make sure to enter the exact information you used when you register that is required for retrieving your password, otherwise contact our online technical support and state your handle or email address.   How do I cancel my VIP membership?

To make any changes or to cancel your VIP membership. Log into your account and go to the support form to submit your request.

  A model is asking me to tip for a show on Yahoo Messenger or Skype. Should I do it?

We suggest you do not. All activity should stay on the site. If you decide to do so you do so at your own risk. No refunds will be honored for activity that does not take place on the site.

  What shoud I do if a model requests that I send them money of the site?

This is discouraged from sending money to any model off the site. You should report the model to support. We can not do anything when you request your money back or ask to ban the model.
